Orders to AK & HI are shipped by the US Postal Service for a flat rate of $10.00
Most orders are shipped from our New Hampshire location. Some products are shipped directly from our vendors.
Additional Shipping Charges

Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited shipping on in stock items to the contiguous US for orders under 10lbs. Orders over 10lbs will be shipped via FedEx Ground.
We offer shipping via FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Overnight services, as well as USPS Priority Mail.

For shipping costs on orders over 10lbs expedited shipping must be arranged over the phone.
All orders must be placed before Noon Eastern Time for same day shipping.

Damaged Shipments
If anything is damaged in your order, please save the box and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at 1-877-358-3001 so we can instruct you on the proper method of handling the damaged merchandise. DO NOT return the merchandise to us before contacting us.
