My daughter is 5, wears a 5-6, and this fits perfectly, and she will likely have enough room to wear this next year as well. It comes low over her bottom, the hood stays in place when up, without being in the way of her vision, and she can zip it herself without difficulty. I struggled to spend this much on a jacket, but I’m glad I did. She has loved it & it’s cleaned up well (although I have not needed to wash yet), even with her playing outside daily and us living on a hobby farm. Definitely recommend.
