guarantee that you are completely satisfied with your product,
and if you are not we will take it back. If, for any reason you
are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full
refund or exchange.

If you need to make a return you
can do so in two ways. Send back your return along with the refund/exchange

We recommend that you use an insured
method of shipping to make your return. The Cheshire Horse is
not responsible for lost returns. The Cheshire Horse will not
accept COD deliveries. We will e-mail you as soon as we receive
your return and will refund or exchange your order within 2 business
days. If you paid using a debit/check card please be advised that
it may take up to 5 business days for your refund to post to your
account.
If you are in the Keene area you
can also return your order to our Keene location at the address
above. If you have the receipt for your purchase you can receive
a full refund for your order. Without a reciept you can receive
a store credit for the full amount of your order.
If anything is damaged in your order,
please save the box and all the packing material as well as the
item. Notify us immediately at 1-877-358-3001 so we can instruct
you on the proper method of handling the damaged merchandise.
DO NOT return the merchandise to us before contacting us.

are non-refundable and subject to the manufacturer's restocking
fees.
